Join us for a FREE relaxing sound bowl session designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself in community. This immersive experience will use crystal singing bowls and calming sound frequencies to support relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional balance. Whether you are new to sound healing or have experienced it before, this session is open to all women seeking a peaceful reset.

As an artist, cultural worker, and community leader, Patricia understands how often women are asked to pour into others without pausing to replenish themselves. This offering is her way of creating intentional space for women to prioritize their own well-being. Through sound, stillness, and shared presence, Patricia hopes to provide a meaningful opportunity for self-care—especially for women who rarely give themselves permission to rest.
